Terms & Conditions & Refund policy

PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY

1. Once a booking is made and full payment received you have a guaranteed swim on whichever lake you booked onto between the times booked
2. You cannot book a specific swim
3. No setting up before the time you are booked on
4. No moving between lakes unless you have booked to move
5. Cancellations can be made up to 7 days prior to your booking with either a full refund available or a move of dates offered
6. Cancellation within the 7 day period prior to your date booked will result in no refund or option to move your booking
7. If for any reason the lakes need to be shut, for example if the fish are spawning, then you will be offered to move the date of your booking.
